Registration Notices
1. Payment must be made in USD or RMB. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
2. Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from their departments should be provided.
3. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact msam@msamconf.org for details).
4. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee and paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Pay via Paypal
Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper ID. Registration Fee can be paid in the system by Paypal.

Bank Transfers
Please contact msam@msamconf.org for banking details. Bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to msam@msamconf.org
• Cancellations before July 18 : Full Refund;
• From July 19 to August 8 : 50% of Payment Refund;
• After August 8 : No Refund.
